The importance of curb appeal can’t be over-emphasized. With fresh eyes, take a look at your property from the street. Does it look like it justifies the price tag? If you were a Buyer, would you be excited about going through the front door? Many times a broker has had to cancel a showing because the Buyers, upon seeing the outside of the house, asked the broker to keep on driving. A neat yard, bright flowers in the spring and summer months, a clean pathway and an inviting front door are definitely worth the effort and expense.
