The I-25 corridor is fantastic for commuting and there are many commuters throughout.  There are many business and industry employers in the Castle Rock and Monument areas and their employees are likely candidates for home ownership in Colorado Springs.   Some Denver agents do belong to the Pikes Peak MLS but primarily rely on the Denver MLS to identify potential listings for their buyers .  To capture the attention of these Realtors, we include all of our listings in the Denver MLS.  The Denver MLS represents 3,700 Realtors and this is an audience you can’t afford to miss!
