Floorplans are a useful tool for the potential Buyer to envision the home.  The floorplans are included both on the property flyer as well as on the websites.

We measure for gross square footage, finished square footage and individual room sizes. This is important. We don’t want to misrepresent the size of your home or risk after closing litigation with disgruntled Buyers.
