Our local MLS is sponsored by the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, a 2,500 member organization affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. As Realtors, we are members of both Associations and understand how to use the MLS to quickly sell a home. Local and national buyers alike will end up at this site. Not only do Realtors use the MLS as a resource for their own research, most have their own website which draws on the MLS feed to generate a search tool for their own buyers. It is important that we expose your home to as many buyers as possible.
