Floorplans

We measure for gross square footage, finished square footage and individual room sizes. This is important. We don’t want to misrepresent the size of your home or risk after closing litigation with disgruntled Buyers. We prepare floor plans of your home which we use on both our websites as well as in the Property Flyers.

Pictures

This is how we create a wonderful first impression. We do multiple wide angle pictures that show the entire scope of each room. These pictures are different than those of our competition. We encourage you to get online and compare. Many listing don’t have pictures. The fact is some Buyers won’t even look at a home without pictures. We don't want yours to be one of them.

Video

We love video and so do Buyers.  We film a video walk-through tour of your home. These videos are extremely helpful in pointing out features of the home that aren’t always easily noticed from photos. These videos are a very useful tool in the race for the Buyer’s attention.
