As the name implies, it is a continuation of Seller Book I covering the details of getting your home ready to sell. Seller Book II goes into very specific details on how to stage your home so that it appeals to the most Buyers. We find that if you follow all of the suggestions, your home will sell in the quickest amount of time for the most amount of money. This is something that makes everyone happy.
