Show-Perfect Condition

Unmade beds, dishes in the sink, toilet seats up, hair in the shower, visible trash in wastebaskets, kitty litter boxes and stored junk on balconies are complete turn-offs for Buyers. It makes them feel squeamish and soiled.

It’s the hardest thing to do as a Seller, but don’t leave your house without putting it in show-perfect condition. The ideal Buyer may arrive an hour after you walk out the door.
