The Tri-Lakes Marketing Forum is a group of professionals specializing in Northern El Paso County real estate.  The professionals in this group use the monthly meeting as an opportunity to discuss and address, as appropriate, issues that are specific to the area.  The Tri-Lakes and Northern El Paso County areas are located between Colorado Springs and Denver and have unique market forces.  Realtors, Appraisers, Mortgage Lenders and Inspectors use this opportunity to share information and insight to best help their clients.  We belong to this group and regularly attend.
