What About Snow?

Showing your home in wintertime is inevitable for some Sellers. Keep walkways, decks and patios free of snow so that Buyers are encouraged to walk out on them and take in the views. Shovel the driveway prior to the showing including the walkway to the front door. Shovel out around all exterior doors. Buyers won’t open the patio door and walk outside if there is a foot of snow blocking the way.
